Erovet + Joint Staff Training Activity in United Kingdom

Crewe | February, 2020

The goals

  1. Enlightening participants on the issue of Managerial skills. As stated before, VET students are not provided with the necessary training to manage projects and people. Moreover, they usually lack personal soft skills.
  2. Sharing the materials, practice and the results of the surveys on Managerial skills demands. Participants should feel confident on the issue at the end of the training to inform the development of the EROVET Excellence course.
  3. Deciding on the form, contents, activities and assessment of the EROVET Excellence Course, having into consideration the results from the surveys and the needs from the different countries.
