Relates to the development phase of training which can be used as a dedicated resource to train students for the identified gaps in their existing project learning related to the three P´s of management – project, people and personal management. The crash course will be developed against identified requirements from each partner organization, and will then be piloted in Outcome 4b, prior to being evaluated, adapted and then disseminated throughout each partner and their organization.
